Fish Recipe

Ingredients Required 

Fried Fish cooking instructions
  • Fish 1kg 
  • Garlic paste 2(150g)
  • Lemon paste 2 tbsp (one lemon)
  • Oil/Ghee (for trying)
  • Flour 30gm 
1.Wash Fish thoroughly with plain water.Mix together National Fish spice Mix,lemon juice flour and garlic paste and make smooth paste.

2.Apply above mixture paste to Fish pieces and leave to marinate for half an hour in a cool place or in the refrigerator.
3.In a wok,heat oil/ghee until light brown and crisp.
Delicious Fried Fish is ready. Serue with saled and souce/chutney of four choice. 
Fish curry cooking Instructions
  • Fish (cut into pieces) 1kg 
  • Onions (medium,thinly sliced) 2(150gm)
  • Tomato(medium, firefly chopped)
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves(optional) 15-20
  • Oil/Ghee 1 Teacup (175ml)
  • National Fish Spice Mix 1 Packet(50g) 
1.In a pan,heat oil/ghee and fry onion until golden brown 
2.Bow add garlic paste. National Fish Spice Mix,Tomato and curry leaves and and try for 3-4 minutes at medium flame.
3.Add Fish cook for 3 minutes. 
Now add one tea cup of water,cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes or until Fish is tender.
Delicious Fried Fish is ready. Serue with saled and souce/chutney of four choice
